Better relationships

In this class, we will dive deep into the complex and rewarding topic of relationships—focusing on our relationship with ourselves, our past, and the people around us. We often carry assumptions and judgments that shape how we connect with others and how we view ourselves. In this course, we'll challenge these assumptions and learn how to nurture healthier, more authentic relationships.

Throughout our time together, we will explore:

  • Self-Reflection and Self-Compassion: Understanding the importance of a healthy relationship with yourself. We’ll look at how self-awareness and self-compassion are key to building stronger, more genuine connections with others.

  • Healing from the Past: We’ll discuss how our past experiences shape our current relationships, and learn tools to heal old wounds, release limiting beliefs, and create a fresh start in how we relate to others.

  • Building Connection: Learn strategies to improve communication, empathy, and trust in all types of relationships—whether with family, friends, coworkers, or romantic partners.

  • Letting Go of Judgment: We will explore how judgment, both toward ourselves and others, can create barriers in relationships. Through mindfulness and acceptance, we will practice letting go of these judgments to foster understanding and connection.

By the end of this class, you will have a deeper understanding of your personal needs, a toolkit of strategies to enhance your relationships, and a renewed sense of compassion for yourself and others. Join us for this transformative experience that will empower you to build more meaningful and fulfilling connections.
